The Traverse City West Sports Boosters hold monthly meetings that are open to all parents, fans, supporters and the public throughout the school year. The meetings are typically held on the 3rd Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in Room G102 at West Senior High. The tentative schedule for the 2009-2010 school year is below.
